Ship ventures at
exponential speed.

Synth is a venture portfolio company. Inside one workspace, collaborative AI agents hold each venture’s full context and run it end to end, so a small team ships autonomous ventures at exponential speed, with whole ventures produced start to finish in a single day.

What this app does

Synth is the internal platform our team uses to plan, launch and operate the software ventures we own. It connects to Google on our behalf to create and manage Google Ads campaigns and run keyword research for our own venture accounts. It is our own operating tool and is not sold or offered to the public.

How we handle data

A still of a Synth venture session: collaborative agents hold the venture’s full context and reason across it — the live, interactive version is further down the page.

One company · three arms

Three arms. One flywheel.

Synth is three arms of one business, and they work together. Synth OS, our technology arm, makes a small team exponentially fast. Synth Consultancy, our consultancy arm, takes that capability inside real businesses and makes them worth more. Synth Ventures, our investment arm, backs those same businesses with our own capital. Each arm feeds the next, and the loop compounds.

The technology arm

Synth OS

The workspace where collaborative AI agents hold each venture’s full context and run it end to end. It is how we plan, launch and operate everything we own, at exponential speed, and it powers the other two arms. We build on it every day; it is not sold to the public.

What we do

The tool is not separate from the process. It is the process.

We develop software ventures using a workspace where AI agents work together to help us move from concept to clarity to shipped product. The tool is built into how we think and work.

Rather than traditional development workflows, we operate in a space where multiple perspectives, continuous iteration, and reasoning across the full project happen at once. When you are building something new, ambiguity is the starting point. Synth is where that ambiguity gets resolved. It is also where we run the ventures day to day, including the advertising and keyword research behind the ventures we own.

01

Teams frame ventures

Every venture starts as an ambiguous problem space. The team frames it (direction, intent, constraints) inside the workspace where the thinking actually happens.

02

Agents reason through them

Collaborative agents hold the full context of the venture and reason across it continuously: framing direction, testing approaches, deepening with every session.

03

Ventures ship, faster each time

Direction emerges, approaches get tested, and ventures ship, faster with every cycle as the agents carry context forward. The clarity comes from working inside the system itself, not reporting out of it.

The problem

No single tool holds strategy and execution at once.

Build a venture the ordinary way and four to six weeks a quarter vanish into reconciling strategy decisions with sprint work, because no single tool holds both contexts at once.

The cost is not just wasted time. It is direction drift, compounding ambiguity, and the slow erosion of the window in which an early-stage venture can establish product-market fit before the runway runs out. Run a portfolio the ordinary way and that cost multiplies with every venture.

The workspace

One space. Full context. Continuous reasoning.

A single workspace where collaborative AI agents hold the full context of a venture and reason across it continuously: framing direction, testing approaches, closing the gap between thinking and shipping.

It works because the agents adapt to each venture we take on rather than forcing our work into a fixed process, making the workspace indistinguishable from the practice itself. This is our operating layer, not a product we sell.

What the workspace does

Synth is the internal platform our team uses to plan, launch and operate the ventures we own. It also runs the advertising and keyword research behind our own venture accounts.

Why now

Two thresholds, crossed at the same moment.

The conditions that make exponential deployment speed possible, and necessary, arrived at the same time.

01 · Capability

Multi-agent reasoning became reliable

Foundation models have crossed the threshold where multi-agent reasoning over large, ambiguous problem spaces is not only possible but reliable.

02 · Market

The window compressed

The median time from idea to first paying user in B2B SaaS has compressed dramatically since 2022; early evidence suggests timelines that once stretched to eighteen months are now being run in under six.

The vision

Deployment speed that compounds with every venture.

Within five years, Synth has built and launched a portfolio of software ventures, each one shipping faster than the last as the agents carry context forward, until a small team is deploying at a scale and speed that headcount alone could never reach.

  • 500+ventures in the portfolio: the five-year aim, built and shipped on the Synth workspace
  • 2×faster to first deploy: per venture, and compounding: each one ships faster than the last
  • 5 yrsthe horizon: to reach a deployment speed a small team should not be able to hold

The model

We don’t sell the workspace. We use it to build ventures we own.

Synth is a venture portfolio company. The workspace is our operating layer, not our product: value comes from the ventures we build and hold, and it compounds as the agents accumulate context across the whole portfolio.

How value flows: our small core team operate the Synth workspace continuously, and out comes a portfolio of ventures we own.

We build, we own

We don’t license the workspace to outside teams. We use it to take our own ventures from concept to shipped product, and we hold a lasting stake in what we build.

Value that compounds

Every session, the agents reason over a venture’s live context. That context, and the value it creates, compounds across the portfolio, so each new venture starts further along than the last.

A portfolio, not a bet

Because building now costs a fraction of what it once did, we can run many ventures at once. Some ship and grow, some wind down; the portfolio, not any single venture, is the return.

Direct, end to end

No marketplace, no intermediary, no handoff. The same small team frames, reasons, and builds each venture inside one workspace, start to finish.

Why we built this

Software ventures require constant alignment, fast iteration, and the ability to explore multiple directions at once.

We needed a tool that could handle that.

So we built one.

Have a venture idea? Let’s talk.

Synth is an internal system. We build and run our own ventures, and we don’t sell the workspace. But we’re always glad to talk with founders and operators about a venture idea worth building.
